Small role updates for the doctor and bodyguard:- Doctor: cannot protect the same person two nights in a row. This stops players from always protecting themselves, making them "immortal".- Bodyguard: if a bodyguard protects another player from the Werewolves, the bodyguard dies instead. Protecting other players is optional.
